January 30th, 2008 by tonks in Porsche

Porsche CayennePorsche is well known for its enticing good looks and the power that it holds beneath its hood – but it seems that the newest edition the Porsche Cayenne is not so deserving of these praises. In fact many tuner specialists have thought in silence on ways that they could better improve upon the features that it needs. We can’t think of anyone better than Hamann Motorsports.

The Hamann kit – the Cyclone – gives the Cayenne the full wide-body treatment. There’s a front bumper with a pair of integrated LED lamps, flared wheel arches, a roof spoiler and a diffuser around back. You’ll also notice new taillight covers around back. The brakes have been upgraded to 380mm slotted and ventilated discs grabbed by eight-piston calipers up front and four in the back.

The pneumatic suspension drops the ride height by 35 mm, and a new 4-pipe exhaust system improves the sound. Buyers can also opt for one of two rolling stock packages in either 22 or 23 inches. Hamann also offers a nearly endless spectrum of options for customizing the interior, and the demo car features a truly unique snakeskin upholstery job “complimented” by a 36-piece carbon fiber interior trim kit, velour carpeting and aluminum pedals. With this new kit people can finally show off the new Cayenne with pride.
